Social & Environmental Responsibility

Greystone Institute is committed to social and environmental responsibility, inside the classroom and through our operations and business practices.

The drive towards ensuring Social and Environmental Responsibility has long been ingrained in the fabric of ILSC Education Group, our parent organization, and likewise, is an integral part of Greystone Institute’s ethos, seamlessly woven into our curriculum, and a key priority throughout our organizations’ operations.

At Greystone Institute, we actively engage in social and environmental initiatives locally, regionally, and globally. At our Brisbane campus we’ve made environmentally responsible business practices a priority and we’re accredited by Green Standard Schools. Through our Learn to Earn Sponsorship program, a portion of every registration fee is allocated to providing educational scholarships for underprivileged women in India. Additionally, we proudly support Lead 5050, an organization dedicated to promoting gender equality within our field.

Perhaps most critically, topics around ESG and sustainability are core to our curriculum. As our graduates venture into careers in global business, having an understanding of sustainable business practices will prepare them to successfully manage risk, meet regulatory compliance requirements and investor expectations, stay innovative and competitive, and speak to the hearts and minds of their future customers and stakeholders.

Incorporating social and environmental responsibility, ESG, and sustainable business practices into education not only prepares students to navigate the complex challenges of the modern business landscape but also equips them to become responsible leaders who can drive positive change in society and the environment.
