in 4 easy steps

Review our program fees and start dates, and confirm that you meet the admission criteria. For international students, we offer a free Online English Test to assess your current proficiency level so that you can see if you are likely to meet the English requirement.*

You should also prepare any documents that may be required as part of your application. These could include one or more of the following documents:

  • Proof of recent (within the last 2 years) secondary education equivalent to Year 12 in Australia with a minimum ATAR score of 60; OR
  • Proof of completion of Vocational Education and Training (VET) study – Australian Certificate IV (AQF 4) or higher; OR
  • Proof of Higher Education study – recognised Foundation Studies course; OR
  • For Mature Applicants aged 21+ who have finished secondary education more than two years ago, evidence to demonstrate a reasonable prospect of success, such as:
    • Appropriate, relevant work experience, and/or
    • Formal, informal or non-formal study, completed or partially completed, and/or
    • Special Tertiary Admission Test (STAT) percentile rank or equivalent
  • For International Students only,
    • A photocopy of the passport page will be required
    • If available, proof of English proficiency, such as an IELTS Test certificate etc. (students without this proof can take our free Academic English Placement Test to confirm they meet the language requirement)*
    • For detailed admissions criteria refer to the admissions policy and procedures.
  • If you plan to request Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT), you should apply for this along with your application.
 

Applications for our first intake, starting November 3, 2025, are not yet open. However, you can register your interest and we will contact you when applications officially begin.

 
 

Please note: Greystone Institute is not currently registered with CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students). As a result, we are not currently accepting applications from international students on a student visa.

 

If you’re an international student, we’ll provide you with a link to complete Greystone Institute’s Academic English Placement Test. This test is free, and will confirm that you meet the language level required for your chosen program.*

*If you already have accepted proof that you meet the English language requirements (for example a valid TOEFL, iBT, IELTS or equivalent test result), you may submit your test score to us in lieu of completing the Academic English Placement Test.

 

Once you are issued an offer, to accept and confirm your place, pay your application fee the admissions team will work with you on any additional documents which may be required. If you have requested credit or RPL for any units, you will receive forms to apply. Once all the documentation is completed and satisfactory a Letter of acceptance, an Invoice, and a Written agreement will be sent to you.

You must read and accept the written agreement, sign it, and return it to the Admissions team. Then, you must pay your initial trimester and materials fees. Receipt of payment of your first trimester fees will confirm your place.

For international students, after receipt of payment of your first trimester and materials fees, your Confirmation of Enrolment will be issued which you will need when applying for your student visa. For more information about visa requirements visit the Department of Home Affairs website.
